After flying 8,852 km from South Korea to London a decade ago, I've built a career focused on user-centric design across multiple roles.

I'm passionate about translating user insights into meaningful digital experiences. Whether conducting interviews, running usability tests, or analysing behavioural trends, I'm always looking to understand and address real user needs.

Currently, I'm simplifying farming resource purchases for farmers at FutureFarm. Previously, I enhanced eCommerce journeys at Newell Brands, helping drive sales and boost engagement metrics.
